We offer clothes and accessories for children and young women till the age of 28.
WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHES DOES QNH OFFER?
In children we offer eastern and western wear for both girls and boys and for young women we offer hi-street western wear.
WHERE ARE THE CLOTHES MADE IN?
All of our eastern wear and some of our western wear is made locally but most of our western wear is made abroad and imported.
WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We are offering Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan.
WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?
Once you place an order our customer services team will make sure the product is available and give you a confirmation call. Once the order is confirmed it will be given to our delivery partners for shipping.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We would make every effort to deliver your order within 1-3 business days.
Please note that QnH is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do. All orders of Rs.3,000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 200 is applied on orders below.
IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION WHEN I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON?

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PACKAGE I RECEIVE IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OR IS A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We make sure all the orders are delivered as per the customer’s requirement however in any such situation please contact QnH Stores customer services at email@example.com with 1 day of receiving so your order is replaced with the correct product.
WHO IS YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER?
We partner with Leopards Courier Services for local delivery in Pakistan.
